Honestly for me I feel they have great customer service, my first package came with a small issue of the pants only having one hole and I reached out, got a reply and were communicating back and forth and out of nowhere they decided to send me a whole other suit! I would say that’s great service provided!
Battery works great! I’m ordering another one to keep my costume going for 4 hours. I like the led charge indicator lights. Better product than my original battery. Shipping tracking and follow up customer service is great.

first off I want to say the suit is amazing i really love the idea and also the kids love it but i’ve had a couple of problems with it. i’ve charged the battery for over a day now and it only stays blown up for 15 min tops, idk if ive got a faulty battery or what but it doesn’t last long. the zipper gets caught on hairs of the gorilla and i’ve actually almost suffocated one of the times trying to take it off whilst the battery was dead. lastly my harness system works great but it’s not the vest like one that i’ve seen in yalls videos, idk if i got a used gorilla suit and someone broke the vest but it has 2 back pack like straps on it that go over the shoulders and a holder for the battery and that’s it. I buy expensive stuff expecting good quality and i don’t think this is great quality.
